Decent framing app

This one of the better framing apps out there. I also like the fact that it saves pics in hi-res. The only gripe I have about it, is that you cant shrink images within a frame. You can enlarge them, but you cant make them smaller than the original imported image.

Sometimes I like to use pics Ive put custom grunge frames on. But the grunge frames get cut off by Tileds own frames, and I cant shrink the image to fit inside the frames. Otherwise, this app would get 4 stars.
